Indoor Cycling or Spin- is a form of exercise with classes focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. In each class, you will have a warm-up, an arm workout, and a cool-down. What makes spin so great is that each individual can modify each workout to their fitness level. But we can all stay together as a class to better help motivate one another. Spin is a great way to burn fat, build muscle, extremely heart healthy, and all while being easy on our joints. You will leave feeling like you have accomplished the world and you will leave wanting more! 

Spin w/ HIIT- We offer a class that includes a 30 Min Spin Class and a 15 Min HIIT portion. Every class is different, but everyone loves this class. We touch on different muscle groups throughout the week. We include mat work, weights, bands, balls for ab work, and abs.  This class can be easily modified for any fitness level. 

HIIT- High-Intensity Interval Training- HIIT class focuses on alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercises with brief periods of rest times in between. The best part about this class is we offer different classes each time you come. Some classes will be weight work, while other days will be station work which you rotate every min. You work 40 seconds on 20 off. This class can be modified as well but is a great way to challenge yourself. 

Barre- This is a full-body, low-intensity workout meant to tone, strengthen, and condition your body. We use elements of ballets, yoga, and pilates to achieve flexibility, stability, and balance. It is a safe space with no judgments and welcome to all! 

Hot Barre- Hot Barre takes all the elements of Barre but turns it up a notch with the heat. The heat adds the ability to go deeper in our moves and stretches. Hot Barre is a bit slower-paced to help gain that extra flexibility. 

Kickboxing- Kickboxing is a great way to get both aerobic and anaerobic cardio in. You can expect a great workout for your endurance and heart while toning muscles and gaining strength. This class is a great way to get moving and have a blast while doing it. You will learn the basics of Kickboxing and pad work. This class is a high-intensity class that can be modified for any level, absolutely no experience is needed for this class. Just be ready to feel your self-esteem and confidence sore. 

Dance 2 Fit/ HIIT- Dance2Fit will help you get your desired results through its aerobic dancing mixed with fitness. This will help you burn the most calories while toning your body at the same time. Whether you simply want to lose weight, gain muscle, or have a healthier lifestyle—Dance2Fit can be tailored to reach your goals. Dance2Fitness combines high-intensity workouts with upbeat and high-energy music.

Chair yoga - Chair yoga is designed to maintain a physically independent lifestyle and enjoy the benefits of regular yoga. Great for beginning exercisers who want a mild start or for those who need an ongoing gentler, non-jarring pace. 

It will help you begin or restore your functional strength, power, and balance.

Yoga- Yoga is all about the harmony of the mind, body, and breath. This all-level yoga class is a balance of gentle poses with modifications as needed. This practice is designed for beginners and/or those with previous yoga experience!
